What are the installation options?
Concealed installation: Heavy-duty concealed brackets are selected based on the wall type, such as brick, wood panels, or drywall, keeping the hardware hidden for a clean, floating look.
Non-concealed installation: Other mounting options are also available and can be customized based on your specific needs.
How do you install the shelves? Is installation difficult?
The shelves are designed for wall-mounted installation. We provide installation instructions along with the necessary expansion screws and heavy-duty mounting hardware.
For most home installations, you can install them yourself in about 30–60 minutes. If you’re installing the hardwired LED version, we recommend having a professional electrician handle the wiring.
Wall Mounting & Studs
What is the weight capacity?
Our floating shelves are made from solid wood and can typically support 30–50 kg (66–110 lbs) per shelf, depending on the shelf size and mounting method.
For heavier loads, we also offer heavy-duty metal bracket options that can support 80 kg (176 lbs) or more.
What lighting options and color temperatures are available?
We offer built-in or external LED strip lighting, with several color temperature options, including Warm White (2700–3000K), Natural White (4000K), and Cool White (6000K). RGB and other color-adjustable options are also available for customized lighting setups.
What power supply and control options are available?
Our LED shelves can be powered by 110V or 220V, with 12V/24V low-voltage adapters available depending on the setup. For control, we offer wall switches, touch controls, remotes, and smart Wi-Fi/Bluetooth options, including app and voice control.

Can I customize the lighting direction?
Yes. The LED light can be customized to shine upward, downward, or in both directions.
Where can the LED light be positioned?
The LED light can be customized based on your preference. You can choose to have it positioned close to the wall, in the middle, or along the front edge of the shelf.
Can the wires be hidden?
We offer two options to keep the wiring hidden and maintain a clean, seamless look:
1. In-wall concealed wiring
Recommended for permanent installations
The power cable is routed inside the wall.
It connects to the power wire at the back of the shelf through our concealed mounting system.
Any extra cable can be tucked into a groove on the back of the shelf.
2. Rechargeable wireless version
Flexible and easy to move
Built-in rechargeable battery with USB-C charging.
No external wiring is needed.
Approx. 8–24 hours of use per charge, depending on the brightness and lighting mode.

Can the shape of the floating shelves be customized?
Yes. We can customize the shape, size, color, lighting style, packaging, and brand labeling to match your needs.
Custom shapes such as live-edge design, curved edges, shelf with lip or other designs are also available.

The product price mainly depends on:
Size: Length, depth, and thickness all affect the amount of material and processing required.
Shape: Straight designs are usually more economical, while curved, L-shaped, or irregular designs may require additional processing.
Wood: Different wood species have different prices. We offer options such as Oak, Black Walnut, Ash, Beech, and other solid woods.
Quantity: Larger quantities usually come with a better unit price.
Lighting: The price varies depending on the lighting setup, such as single-color, adjustable color temperature, or RGB, as well as the control method.
Finish & Other Customization: Custom colors, special finishes, engraving, logos, and other requirements may affect the price.
2.Shipping Cost
Shipping costs mainly depend on package size, weight, quantity, delivery address, and shipping method.
Dimensions & Volume: Larger or heavier packages generally cost more to ship. More compact packaging can help reduce the shipping cost.
Quantity: For larger orders, the average shipping cost per unit is usually lower as the freight cost is spread across more pieces.
Shipping Method & Incoterms:
Express / Air Freight: Usually around 5–10 days. Faster and suitable for samples or smaller orders, but generally more expensive.
Sea Freight (DDP/FOB/CIF), Rail Freight (DDP), Truck Freight (DDP): Usually around 20–40 days and more economical for larger or heavier orders.
